Including the health certificate many employers in Japan ask for.
Pre-employment and annual workplace health checks
Employers in Japan commonly require a health certificate when you start a job, and an annual check thereafter. We carry these out.
Please tell reception which form your employer requires before the appointment, as the tests included vary. The certificate is issued in Japanese.
These checks are not covered by health insurance, so you pay in full. Please ask about the cost when you book.
Sakura City screening programmes
If you are registered in Sakura City and have received a voucher for a specific health check, bring it with you. These programmes are subsidised.

Book
Telephone to book, with your voucher or your employer's form to hand.
Reception
Bring your voucher and insurance card, if you have them.
Tests
Some tests require you to come without eating. We will tell you in advance if so.
Results
Results are explained on a later visit. If anything needs following up, we can usually treat it here.
