If you have a fever
Patients with a fever are seen in a separate time slot, kept apart from other patients.
Please do not come directly
If you have a fever or symptoms that suggest an infection, please contact us before coming rather than walking in. This protects babies, older patients and people with weakened immunity who are waiting in the same building.
How it works
Contact us first
Fever appointments open at 18:00 the day before. Booking is through the Japanese-only app, or by telephone on 043-486-0319 (Japanese only).
Wait 12 hours before testing
If you want a test, please wait until at least 12 hours after the fever began. Testing earlier can give a falsely negative result.
Wear a mask
Please wear a mask and come with as few companions as possible. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance.
Separate consultation area
You will be seen away from other patients. Payment and medicines are handled with the same care.
If you are unsure whether your symptoms count, please contact us anyway. It is better to ask.
Questions before you come?
Please telephone the clinic on 043-486-0200. Calls are answered in Japanese only, so if language is a difficulty, coming to reception in person is often easier — staff will use a translation app with you.
